Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original box with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are free from any signs of wear, perfume, or alterations.

  Shipment Collection

  Once approved, we will schedule a complimentary reverse pickup from your address or provide a prepaid shipping label for you to drop off at a nearby courier center.

  Refund Processing

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
